Order Processing: Once you place an order, we will promptly confirm its receipt via phone, sms or WhatsApp.

All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note, we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

The transit time might get extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. High Volume Orders:

During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipments.

If such delays occur, we will inform you through phone or WhatsApp.
4. Issues with Delivery:

If you encounter non-delivery, please contact us within 48 hours.

5. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note, there is NO COD (Cash on Delivery)
6. Shipment Locations: Skin Nirvana ships to addresses across India.
7.Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Skin Nirvana is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your orders. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
8.Damages: Skin Nirvana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER TO FILE A CLAIM. Make sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.
9. Faulty Products:

If a product is faulty, not caused by shipping damages, reach out immediately on WhatsApp or call 99200 33404 within 48 hours of receipt of product.

The faulty products will need to be shipped back to us and Skin Nirvana will NOT be liable for the shipping charges. Once received, only then the new unit of the product can be shipped to you.
